Ø   55% of the booking amount will be retained if cancelled 30 days before the tour.

Ø   90% of the booking amount will be retained if cancelled 20 days before the tour.

Ø   100% of the booking amount will be retained if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.

Ø   NO REFUND for any prebooked adventure activities like Gondola tickets, scuba diving, snorkeling, wildlife safari etc.

Ø    In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible   activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Ø    Cancellations for bookings falling under festivals/ Long weekends/ Black-out dates will be strictly subject to policies of the hotel booked and under company guidelines

Any cancellations or changes arising due to flight or train delays, rescheduling or cancellations, local unrest, unforeseen external situations, or medical emergencies will be reviewed and handled on a case-to-case basis, subject to the policies of the respective hotels, transport providers, and service operators.

Any partial cancellation of services (such as accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, or other inclusions) will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, subject to the policies of the respective hotels, transport providers, and service operators
