Domestic Tour Important Note
Welcome to Always On The Go. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ø Pony Ride / Sledging: These activities are arranged locally and are not included in the package. Charges are based on direct bargaining and payment on the spot.
Ø Thajiwas Glacier / Zero Point / Sonmarg Sightseeing: Visits to these spots are operated by the local taxi union or pony operators at Sonmarg and must be paid directly by the guest.
Ø Drung Valley Trip (Gulmarg): This trip is conducted by the Gulmarg local taxi union and is available on a direct payment basis.
Ø Chained Vehicles in Winter (Tangmarg – Gulmarg – Tangmarg): During heavy snowfall or road closures, chained vehicles operated by the local union may be required and will be paid directly by the guest.
Ø Gondola / Pony / Sledge Rides: Activities at Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg are not included in the package and are payable directly at the destination.
Ø Houseboat Stay: Houseboats reflect the traditional Kashmiri lifestyle. They may differ from hotel rooms in terms of luxury and facilities.
Ø Accommodation in Ladakh: In places such as Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, accommodations are often tents or basic camps. Facilities may be limited compared to standard hotels.
Ø Weather Conditions in Ladakh: Due to the extremely cold climate, food in camps may cool quickly, hot water may take time, and generator backup may not always be available.
Ø Mobile Network: In Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, only postpaid mobile connections generally work due to security regulations.

Ø Please note that Nathula Pass is closed every Monday and Tuesday.
Ø Permits for Gurudongmar and Nathula are issued in Gangtok one day before the excursion.
Ø If permits are issued but roads are subsequently blocked (e.g., due to heavy snowfall), permit costs are non-refundable.
Ø During busy periods, extra permit points are strictly subject to availability.
Ø Please carry at least 8 passport-size photographs per person.
Ø ID Proofs: Carry Original Photo IDs plus photocopies Aadhar Cards and PAN Cards are not accepted for permit processing in these hill regions.
Ø Children: Must carry School IDs or Birth Certificates for permit processing.
Ø Tsomgo Lake: Requires 4 passport photos + Original ID.
Ø North Sikkim (Lachen/Lachung): Requires an additional 2 passport photos + Original ID.
Ø For Innova Crysta, we recommend a maximum of 4 passengers. Roughly 80% of these vehicles do not have roof carriers, so space for luggage is limited.
Ø Most 3-star properties in the North East do not have lifts. If you are traveling with elderly guests, please inform us in advance so we can request lower floors.
Room Preferences: Requests for "View Rooms" or "Adjacent Rooms" are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Ø Except for Rishikesh and Haridwar, all destinations covered in the Chardham / Do Dham Yatra are located in remote mountainous regions with limited infrastructure.
Ø These pilgrimage destinations serve only pure vegetarian food. Meals are usually provided in Thali or buffet format, depending on hotel policy. Taste and preparation may vary due to the remote locations, and complaints regarding food taste or quality will not be entertained.
Ø Rooms at most destinations are basic in nature. During peak season, due to heavy usage, certain amenities or facilities may occasionally have issues. Guests are advised to inform the hotel reception directly if any assistance is required.
Ø Hotels available in these areas are mostly Standard or Deluxe category. 4-star or 5-star luxury hotels are generally not available in these locations.
Ø Accommodation at Kedarnath is primarily in camps or tents. The stay at Kedarnath will not include meals, while other destinations will usually include breakfast and dinner.
Ø Camps at Kedarnath are basic and budget accommodations with common washrooms. The quality of tents and washroom facilities may vary, and we do not have direct control over them.
Ø Camps at Kedarnath are generally not booked individually by us. If we assist in booking them on behalf of the client, the quality of the camps cannot be guaranteed.
Ø Helicopter tickets are non-refundable if cancelled by the client. In case of cancellation due to technical issues or weather conditions, only the actual ticket cost may be refunded or rescheduled, subject to the helicopter operator’s policy. Service charges are non-refundable.
Ø Any last-minute amendments, cancellations, missed helicopter services, or unused services will be non-refundable.
Ø The Chardham Yatra is a spiritual pilgrimage and not a luxury tour. Guests should be mentally and physically prepared for unforeseen circumstances. Weather and travel conditions can change quickly due to the mountainous terrain.
Ø Guests with medical conditions or physical disabilities must submit a consent form along with medical and fitness certificates at the time of booking. Under such circumstances, Always On The Go will not be responsible for any health-related issues during the journey.

Ø AC will operate only in plain areas. In hilly regions, the AC may be switched off as per vehicle performance and road conditions.
Ø The driver is a local and experienced with road conditions, routes, and travel timings. Guests are requested to avoid arguments regarding directions or travel time based on Google Maps, as local conditions may vary.
Ø The driver’s responsibility is to operate the vehicle as per the confirmed itinerary. Guests are requested not to discuss financial matters such as extra kilometers or additional pick-up/drop points with the driver. Please contact our team directly for any clarifications.
Ø Pick-up and drop will be from a single location as confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes or multiple pick-up/drop points may attract additional charges unless required due to unavoidable circumstances.
Ø The vehicle is generally available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, for a maximum of 8 hours (up to 12 hours depending on the itinerary and destination with prior approval). Usage beyond this timing may incur additional charges.
Ø If a second visit or revisit to any sightseeing spot is required due to delays such as traffic, train/flight rescheduling, opening/closing times, public holidays, political situations, or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges may apply.
Ø Any specific request regarding vehicle type, model, seating preference, carrier, AC/Non-AC vehicle, etc. must be communicated before booking.
Ø If guests request additional sightseeing locations not included in the itinerary, extra charges based on distance and vehicle usage time may apply. Payments may need to be made directly to the driver as per the applicable charges.
Ø In some locations where roads are narrow, parking is limited, or entry restrictions apply, the vehicle may drop and pick up guests from a designated point only. Guests will need to coordinate timing and pick-up with the driver directly.
Ø In certain tourist locations, private vehicles are not allowed, and sightseeing can only be done through local union taxis. Charges for such vehicles must be paid directly by the guest.

Ø One child below 5 years can stay complimentary in the parents’ room without an extra bed. Any milk, meals, or additional services for the child will be chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.
Ø A child aged 5 to 12 years at the time of travel will be considered as a Child with Extra Bed / Extra Mattress.
Ø If an extra bed or mattress is not required, this must be clearly informed at the time of booking.
Ø Hotels may request valid age proof of the child, and guests are required to submit the necessary ID documents if requested.
Ø Any child 12 years or older at the time of travel will be considered an adult and charged accordingly.
Ø If the child’s age at the time of hotel check-in is above 5 years and the booking was made without an extra bed, the supplementary charge may need to be paid directly at the hotel as per their policy.

Ø All hotels are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Ø If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel may be offered, and cost may vary accordingly.
Ø Hotels and/or vehicles may change only in case of unavoidable circumstances or unforeseen incidents.
Ø Package cost is calculated based on the base category room. If the base category is unavailable, supplement charges will apply for higher category rooms.
Ø Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, which is decided by the hotel management and is not under the control of the travel agent.
Ø Room allocation is entirely decided by the hotel. Any room preference (floor, view, etc.) must be requested at the time of booking, and last-minute changes are subject to availability.
Ø Many hotels/resorts in hill stations may not have AC or elevators. If required, please inform us before booking.
Ø Some hotels may not have parking or restaurant facilities.

Ø Meals included in the package may be served as buffet, thali, or à la carte, depending on the hotel policy.
Ø Food served may be pure vegetarian or mixed (veg & non-veg) depending on the destination and hotel policy.
Ø Any special meal requirements (Jain food, vegan food, eggless meals, allergies, etc.) must be informed at the time of booking.
Ø The taste and quality of food and any additional hotel services are decided by the hotel management, and the travel agent cannot guarantee the same.

Ø Wildlife safaris are subject to availability and must be paid for by the client.
Ø Safari bookings are entirely controlled by the government authorities, and availability, pricing, and rules are not under the control of the travel agent.
Ø Tatkal charges, weekend and weekday safari rates may vary as per government policy.
Ø If payment for safari bookings is delayed and the safari becomes unavailable, new bookings will depend on availability and revised cost.
Ø Weather, Travel Conditions & Refunds
Ø No cancellation or refund will be provided in case of bad weather, landslides, natural calamities, or situations beyond the control of the travel agent or hotel.
Ø No refund will be made for unused accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, or other services due to factors such as bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Ø Festival periods, long weekends, and blackout dates are strictly non-refundable once bookings are confirmed.
Ø The travel agent cannot control weather conditions, tourist crowds, or hotel occupancy levels during your travel period.

Ø Hotels suggested by the travel agent are based on reviews, feedback, and client requirements.
Ø Bookings are made only after receiving confirmation from the client.
Ø Guests are advised to review hotel ratings, facilities, and services before confirming.
Ø If a hotel suggested by the client (not part of our regular network) is booked, the travel agent will not be responsible for any additional charges or negative experiences.

Ø If guests wish to revisit any tourist attraction, the extra vehicle charges must be paid directly to the driver.
Ø Any rules and regulations imposed by hotels, government authorities, or specific tourist attractions will take precedence over the policies of Always On The Go.

Ø Guests must carry valid identification and required travel documents (ID proof, travel permits, or any other mandatory documents).
Ø Failure to carry valid documents may result in denied entry by airlines, hotels, or authorities, for which Always On The Go will not be responsible.

Ø For certain pilgrimages or yatras, registration may be mandatory and must be completed by the guest as per the itinerary requirements.

Ø In case of cancellation of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath, Vaishno Devi, or Amarnath, only the actual ticket cost will be refunded, subject to the operator’s policy.

Ø Always On The Go supports responsible tourism. Guests are requested to avoid wastage of water and electricity.
