Ø   Package cost is calculated based on the base category room. If the base category is unavailable, supplement charges will apply for higher category rooms.

Ø   Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, which is decided by the hotel management and is not under the control of the travel agent.

Ø   Room allocation is entirely decided by the hotel. Any room preference (floor, view, etc.) must be requested at the time of booking, and last-minute changes are subject to availability.

Ø   Meals included in the package may be served as buffet or à la carte, depending on the hotel policy.

Ø   Food served may have mixed options with the limited spread of veg/ Indian Cuisine.

Ø   The taste and quality of food and any additional hotel services are decided by the hotel management, and the travel agent cannot guarantee the same.

Ø   Hotels suggested by the travel agent are based on reviews, feedback, and client requirements.

Ø   Bookings are made only after receiving confirmation from the client.

Ø   Guests are advised to review hotel ratings, facilities, and services before confirming.

Ø   If a hotel suggested by the client (not part of our regular network) is booked, the travel agent will not be responsible for any additional charges or negative experiences.

Ø   The driver is a local and experienced with road conditions, routes, and travel timings. Guests are requested to avoid arguments regarding directions or travel time based on Google Maps, as local conditions may vary.

Ø   The driver’s responsibility is to operate the vehicle as per the confirmed itinerary. Guests are requested not to discuss financial matters such as extra kilometers or additional pick-up/drop points with the driver. Please contact our team directly for any clarifications.

Ø   Pick-up and drop will be from a single location as confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes or multiple pick-up/drop points may attract additional charges unless required due to unavoidable circumstances.

Ø   The vehicle will be available on point-to-point basis for stipulated time as per itinerary.

Ø   Utilization of vehicle for extra distance/time/Cab waiting may not be possible, if accommodated will be at extra cost.

Ø   If guests request additional sightseeing locations not included in the itinerary, extra charges based on distance and vehicle usage time may apply. Payments may need to be made directly to the travel agent as per the applicable charges.

Ø   One child below 5 years can stay complimentary in the parents’ room without an extra bed. Any milk, meals, or additional services for the child will be chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.

Ø   A child aged 5 to 12 years at the time of travel will be considered as a Child with Extra Bed / Extra Mattress.

Ø   If an extra bed or mattress is not required, this must be clearly informed at the time of booking.

Ø   Hotels may request valid age proof of the child, and guests are required to submit the necessary ID documents if requested.

Ø   Any child 12 years or older at the time of travel will be considered an adult and charged accordingly.

Ø   If the child’s age at the time of hotel check-in is above 5 years and the booking was made without an extra bed, the supplementary charge may need to be paid directly at the hotel as per their policy.

Ø   If guests wish to revisit any tourist attraction, the extra vehicle charges must be paid directly to the driver.

Ø   Any rules and regulations imposed by hotels, government authorities, or specific tourist attractions will take precedence over the policies of Always On The Go.

Ø   Guests must carry valid identification and required travel documents (ID proof, travel permits, or any other mandatory documents).

Ø   Failure to carry valid documents may result in denied entry by airlines, hotels, or authorities, for which Always On The Go will not be responsible.

Ø   A passport with minimum 6 months validity and sufficient blank pages is mandatory for international travel.

Ø   It is the client’s responsibility to check passport validity before booking.

Ø   Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

Ø   Always On The Go is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.

Ø  Any loss arising due to visa rejection will be borne by the traveler

Ø   Any fluctuation in ROE (Rate of Exchange), taxes, or surcharges before final payment will be applicable.

Ø   Prices quoted are per dated ROE otherwise.

Ø   Airlines may reschedule, cancel, or delay flights without prior notice.

Ø   We are not liable for missed connections, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines. Any addition cost arising due such changes will be borne by the traveler.

Ø   Always On The Go supports responsible tourism. Guests are requested to avoid wastage of water and electricity.

Always On The Go facilitates visa application processing and documentation assistance. Visa approval, rejection, validity, processing time, and entry permissions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine documentation. Any delays, rejections, or additional requirements arising from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will not be the responsibility of Always On The Go.

Visa fees, service charges, courier charges, and any third-party fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced, regardless of the visa outcome. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on embassy requirements and government regulations.

Always On The Go acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa issuance, approval timelines, or entry into any country. Travelers are advised to verify passport validity, travel restrictions, and destination-specific requirements before making travel arrangements.
