Ø    Refund amount will be processed after deducting tax, permits, any non-refundable pre-booked tickets and processing fee within 7 to 10 working days.

Ø    The paid amount can be adjusted towards the same booking for a future date however if any cost difference it needs to be paid.

Ø    Refunds will be processed as per ROE minus 1.
