Travel itinerary
Leh is famous for its high-altitude, dramatic Himalayan landscapes, Tibetan-Buddhist culture, and adventure tourism. Top attractions include Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa. It is renowned for motorcycle trips, Magnetic Hill, monasteries, and local dishes like Momos and Thukpa.
Best Time To Visit: The best time to visit Leh is from April to June (summer) for pleasant weather (15°C to 30°C) and open roads, or September to October for calmer, clearer, and scenic, less-crowded trips. September offers the best conditions for trekking and, surprisingly, is often cheaper to visit than peak summer
Leh – The Land Of High Passes

Motion Sickness: Tips to avoid motion sickness: Avoid spicy food/ heavy meals/ alcohol before travel. Drink water or carbonated beverages. Nibble on ginger or sip ginger ale. Carry medicines prescribed by doctors only for motion sickness
Respect the Locals: We travel to create memories, and often end up clicking a lot of pictures. But remember, there are places where people don’t like being clicked. Respect the privacy of locals and be a good tourist. Why to land up in unnecessary dispute?
National Security: In the national interest, don’t put any picture on public domain that might disclose any information about army location or movement as it might pose a security risk.
Adequate Clothes: Carry comfortable clothes and footwear for your tours. It is ok to repeat clothes as most airlines have luggage and bag size restrictions. For Tours to Kedarnath, please keep 1 umbrella along with winter and monsoon wears as weather gets very unpredictable.
Medicines: Carry medicines as per requirement. Medical and fitness certificates are mandatory to carry if suggested by doctor.
Electronic Devices: We suggest you carry power-banks and similar electronic gadgets to charge your phone and laptop. Properties in remote locations may have electricity issues and it is advisable to keep your gadgets charged in case of any emergency.
ATMS/ Digital money: Remote locations may not have ATMs nearby. Even transactions for GPay/ Phone pe etc. may or may not happen successfully due to network issues. So please carry sufficient cash on tour if you are planning tours in these destinations
Night Travel: The nights are beautiful with millions of stars gazing upon you but it’s not recommended to travel at night. The roads are deserted and in case of any emergency it would be very difficult to get any help.
Alcohol Consumption: We would strictly suggest avoiding alcohol consumption our body is anyways struggling to keep up with ghats and the roads. Alcohol consumption further drains out water and energy from our body and makes us dehydrated. You would not want to fall terribly sick and miss all the fun.
Keep it Clean: Beautiful places don’t deserve heap of garbage that one may leave behind and at high altitudes it becomes even more difficult to pick all the garbage and clean up remote areas. A place is beautiful because it is in its natural form, away from the garbage. Be a responsible tourist and ensure to dispose the leftovers appropriately.
Appreciate the silence: When visiting peaceful destinations, please maintain silence and respect the environment. Avoid loud music and disturbances so that everyone—locals and travelers alike—can enjoy the serenity and natural beauty of the place.
