Best Time To Visit: The ideal time to visit Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Jawai is from October to March, when the weather is cool and pleasant for sightseeing, desert activities, and wildlife safaris. Visitors planning their trip in February can also experience the vibrant Jaisalmer Desert Festival, showcasing Rajasthan's colourful traditions, folk music, dance, and camel races.
- 🛥️Motion Sickness: Avoid spicy food, heavy meals and alcohol before travel. Drink plenty of water or carbonated beverages, nibble on ginger or sip ginger ale, and carry only doctor-prescribed medicines for motion sickness.
- 🤝Respect the Locals: We travel to create memories, but please respect the privacy of local residents. Avoid taking photographs where it is not permitted or welcomed, and always be a responsible tourist.
- 🛡️National Security: In the interest of national security, do not upload or share pictures or videos that reveal army locations, military camps, checkpoints or troop movements.
- 🧥Adequate Clothes: Carry comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for your tour. Due to airline baggage restrictions, pack wisely. For Kedarnath tours, carry an umbrella along with warm and rainwear, as weather conditions can change unexpectedly.
- 💊Medicines: Carry all essential medicines as per your requirements. Medical and fitness certificates should be carried if advised by your doctor.
- 🔋Electronic Devices: Carry power banks and chargers for your mobile phones, cameras and laptops. Remote destinations may experience power outages, so keeping your devices charged is recommended.
- 💳ATMs & Digital Payments: Remote destinations may have limited ATM facilities, and digital payments such as Google Pay or PhonePe may not work due to network issues. Please carry sufficient cash for your journey.
- 🌙Night Travel: Although the night sky is beautiful, travelling at night is not recommended. Roads are usually deserted and emergency assistance may not be readily available.
- 🚫Alcohol Consumption: We strongly advise avoiding alcohol during your journey. Travelling through hilly terrain already puts stress on the body, and alcohol can cause dehydration and fatigue, affecting your overall travel experience.
- ♻️Keep it Clean: Help preserve nature by disposing of waste responsibly. Beautiful destinations should remain clean and untouched. Be a responsible traveller and leave every place exactly as you found it.

- 💳A second installment of 35,000/- INR must be paid on or before 30th October.
- 💳The remaining balance of 70,000/- INR must be cleared on or before 15th November.
